An Excellent independent Family run Volvo Specialist, happy to look at my 15 year old 190,000 mile 850 Estate. Volvo trained staff are hugely knowledgeable and faults are diagnosed more or less on the spot or during a short test drive. Always very busy, 7-10 days is not unusual before your car can be booked in and a courtesy car is available if you reserve it. The workshop is a delight to visit and Glen will happily show you your car while he's working on it or if it is up on a lift. Excellent parts availability and a good selection of used switches, trim parts and key fobs have helped to keep my running costs down. A detailed printed invoice is provided and a postcard is sent out reminding you that your MOT is due. Quality work and peace of mind is hard to find these days"
